Improved Bank payout method

We need an improved Bank payout method for creators. Right now we can only add PayPal and other. When a creator adds other it only says (Details). There should be a actual form for bank details there.

Name on account
Bank Name
Bank Adress
Bank acc number
bank routing
Checking or savings account

These are the basics but need to be added to improve payouts for creators.
