please allowed different percentage payout for certain creators,if they hit some sort of target,we able to set certain percentage of payout for them.

Hello, YourRichestExBoyfriend. You already can do this from the creator's profile page in Admin. Just change the percent that you confirmed with creator to the new one.
Users -> Approved creators -> choose creator -> Earnings -> Creator reward, %
