Remove Member Content loading

We need the ability to turn off members from being able to load content for multiple reasons. 1. the models can't sell on the discover page 2. I do not want to pay for server fees if not earning money from the content. 3. legally we will not be able to monitor member content. we are a one man show and can not regulate millions of images. that is a job for facebook not one man.
